What a free project review covers
Send an address and a short description and we will review what the zoning allows, which agency reviews it, the likely approval path and a realistic cost range. There is no charge for that first review, and no obligation attached to it.
What we will need from you
The property address, whether you own or lease it, roughly what you want to build, your timing, and any drawings, reports or notices you already have. Partial information is fine. We will tell you what is missing.
What happens next
A reply within one business day with initial thoughts, then a call or Zoom to walk through options. If a paid feasibility study is the right next step, we say so and quote it. If the project does not work, we say that too.
