Qualified intake
Tell us about the property and where you are in the process. You get a written response covering whether the work can be built, roughly what it will cost, what approvals it needs and how long it will take. If you want the full paid study instead, read what that includes on the feasibility page.
Nobody wakes up wanting to contact a contractor. They want to know whether the thing they have in mind is possible and what it costs. Sending the details once, in writing, gets that answer faster than three rounds of voicemail.
Project type, stage, address, ownership, budget and timeline arrive with the enquiry, so the first call starts with specifics instead of a blank page.
Landing page, traffic source and campaign are attached to every submission, so within a few months it is clear which pages and which keyword clusters actually produce revenue.
If what you describe cannot be built, or should not be built the way you are describing it, we say so in the reply rather than booking a meeting to say it slowly.
01 · Today
You send the address, the stage you are at and what you have in mind.
02 · Within one business day
A written reply with initial thoughts, likely approvals and a realistic cost range.
03 · That week
A call or Zoom to walk through options, constraints and what a scope of work would cover.
04 · Next step
Either a paid study, a design agreement, or an honest recommendation to wait or do something else.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Same day Zoom appointments available.
Every field here makes the first answer more useful. The address matters most.
